People gathered for a worship service at St. Simon's, facing the altar

Life at St. Simon’s is centered in worship. We come together in worship services on Sundays to renew our commitment to Jesus Christ and to listen to and connect with God.

Worship

In light of the COVID-19 virus concern, St. Simon's will livestream 9:00 AM Sunday services.

Join us for our 9:00 AM Sunday service

This communion service is a traditional celebration of God’s love and presence in our lives. We worship through scripture, lessons, prayers, and hymns.

8:00 AM Meditation: Prior to the Sunday service, we hold a 20 minute silent meditation in the sanctuary. All are welcome! We quiet our minds and bring attention to our breathing, inviting awareness of the Spirit and of our connection to all of creation.

The foundation of spiritual practice is the Silence of our sitting meditation.
But as our sitting deepens, our practice broadens to include the whole of our lives.
We feel our body,
we hear the wind and the rain and the birds.
We see, really see, the mountains.
We smell the flowers.
We become who we always have been
but only did not know.
